Can I write a personal note?

Absolutely. A complimentary Gift Card is included with your purchase. Leave a message in the Gift Wrapping section at the Checkout and this card will be included with your gift.

 

How do I pay?

We use PayPal and ANZ eGATE. Accepting Mastercard, Visa and American Express to process orders. In checkout you will be provided with these options. Paypal processes both the Paypal and credit card option. Or you can pay directly using your credit card with our ANZ eGATE facility. No credit card information is stored on our website. For extra security we also have a Rapid SSL certificate to further protect our customers information.

 

How much will postage cost?

You can select from 3 flat rate options. We use Fastway Couriers due to their speed and reliability. Express Post and Standard Australia Post. Please refer to SHIPPING for pricing.

 

How long will my order take?

We use Fastway for deliveries along the Far North Coast. Between Port Douglas and Brisbane packages can be delivered within 2 Days if orders are made before 12pm. For regional areas we use Australia Post. Regional areas can take 3-10 business days for regular mail. We post on the day we receive your order or the next business day if the order is received after 4pm. You can also opt to choose Express Post. This takes 1-3 business days and is overnight to major cities including Melbourne and Sydney.


 

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do! Please enquire via the CONTACT page regarding overseas shipping as we need to calculate different costs based on your location, weight and size of your gift.

 


How are the gifts packaged?
Gifts are delivered in a 70% recycled box, neatly wrapped in tissue paper inside. They contain paper crinkle or wood-wool for safe transportation which is 100% biodegradable. The box comes wrapped with ribbion and beautiful gift paper.

 

What is your return’s policy?

At Pretty Little Something we stand behind all our products and services. But should you have any problems a return service is available.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item, simply return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, merchandise exchange or store credit. See our RETURNS page for full Terms and Conditions.


 

What if something is damaged or broken?
In the instance that an item is damaged, please return this to us within 14 business days and we will replace the item.
